LIZ DAUWE

Principal

Born and raised in New Orleans, Liz started traveling at an early age. Her parents believed it was pertinent to explore and experience different cultures, which in turn sparked her fascination with hotel and resort design.

When Liz graduated from Texas Christian University's (TCU) School of Interior Design & Architecture, she started working for the iconic interior design firm Wilson Associates in Dallas. During her 12 years at Wilson, Liz designed numerous luxury properties across the world, finding her niche in resort design. Liz’s favorite projects she designed are Montage Kapalua Bay in Maui, Dorado Beach a "Ritz-Carlton Reserve" in Puerto Rico and Timbers Jupiter in Florida.

An avid yogi and mother of four, Liz and her husband Dr. Phillip Dauwe love staying active as a family and of course traveling! They can be found mostly hiking the mountains of Bachelor Gulch, Colorado or on the beaches of Seaside, Florida.

Liz’s design work can be seen in the pages of DEPARTURES, Conde Nast Traveler, Robb Report, Surface, Architectural Digest.
